We help you to incorporate your company in Switzerland. We provide domicile service and office space with highest flexibility.

Our office space is high-end, with high-quality furnitures in a representative building at best location in the heart of Crypto Valley – Zug – Switzerland, 45 minutes from Zurich airport, 5 walking minutes from Zug train station and 2 walking minutes from Lake of Zug. It offers a very nice working atmosphere with enough space. And most importantly, it impresses clients when they visit you at your new premises.

We offer very flexible terms with rolling lease conditions. Companies can upgrade or downgrade as needed upon availability.

You can have your corporate domicile with us independent whether use our office space or not.

Corporate Domicile & Incorporation

  • Letter box signage on request

Monthly costs (VAT applies):

  • CHF 100 base fee per company
  • CHF   50 corporate domicile
  • CHF 100 letter box signage (optional)
  • CHF   50 mail forwarding (optional)

Base fee only applies once per company across all services.

On request we support you with company incorporation.

In addition, through our highly qualified legal partners we provide you structuring, legal, regulatory and tax advice and help you to implement it. Through our partners we also provide accounting and auditing services.

Private Desk for 1 Person

Included  services:

  • Representative location and building
  • Oak floor and high-end furnitures
  • Premium-size full-time fix desk
  • Lockable drawer
  • Use of conference room at discounted price
  • Use of kitchen with microwave and refrigerator
  • Use of coffee machine
  • Use of lavatory
  • WiFi / electricity / water
  • Airconditioning
  • Weekly cleaning
  • Use of in-house parking place (upon availability)

Monthly costs (VAT applies):

  • CHF 100 base fee per company
  • CHF 650 private desk
  • CHF 200 storages space (optional)

Base fee only applies once per company across all services.

Minimum term is a full 3-month period (calendar quarter).

Private Office for up to 6 Persons

  • Representative location and building

  • Lockable office unit with 24/7 access
  • 6 premium-size full-time fix desks
  • 6 lockable drawers
  • Lockable addition storage space
  • Use of conference room at discounted price
  • Use of kitchen / lounge

Minimum term is a full 6-month period (2 calendar quarter).

Minimum term is a full 12-month period (4 calendar quarters).

Representative Board Room / Conference Room

Included  services:

  • Large board room table for 10-12 person
  • Platform with 2 chairs for fireside chat
  • 4 + 10 chairs for guests
  • HDMI 55” TV / flip chart / white board
  • Use of kitchen / coffee machine
  • Use of lavatory

Regular price (VAT applies):

  • CHF  175 per 4 hours

Discounted price (VAT applies):

  • CHF 80 per 2 hours
